Preparing your order
We dispatch orders within 3 days. Transport time is separate from this preparation time.
Estimated transport time
Singapore: 5–6 business days. West Malaysia: 4–7 business days. East Malaysia: 6–8 business days. United States: 6–12 business days. Canada: 9–14 business days.
Transport estimates begin when the carrier receives your parcel. They are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs and delivery conditions can affect the time taken.
After dispatch, use the shipment information to follow your parcel.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is charged below the free-delivery threshold for your destination. Qualifying orders receive free standard delivery. Checkout confirms the delivery options and final charge for your address.

Import taxes and duties included
Standard air delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the United States includes import duties and import taxes. You do not need to pay these import charges separately on delivery. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, please contact us before paying.
