A gold tone does not mean solid gold, and imitation-stone names describe appearance. Individual pieces may use zinc alloy, brass, glass, enamel or imitation gold foil. Check the material description on the relevant listing, and contact us about metal sensitivities or other material requirements before ordering.

These names come from traditional decorative motifs that express wishes and sentiment. They are intended as objects to wear, decorate with or gift, and do not promise financial, health or other outcomes.

Lighting, screens and individual surface patterns can create small colour differences. If a particular detail matters to you, please contact us before ordering.

When an item has several designs, Add to bag opens a selection window with pictures. Choose the design you want before adding it. On a product page, use the design options and check the selected image before continuing.

The gallery may show different designs, angles and settings. Check your selected design and “What is included” on the product page. Scene props are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

Contact us with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will check the order status and confirm what can still be changed. Please wait for confirmation before assuming a change has been made.

We currently deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the United States. Select your delivery region to see the applicable product prices. Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout for your address.

Delivery is free from S$59 in Singapore, RM149 in Malaysia, C$99 in Canada and US$70 in the United States. Below those thresholds, standard delivery is S$5.90, RM13.90, C$7.90 and US$5.90 respectively. Checkout confirms the final charge.

We dispatch orders within 3 days. Transport time is separate from this preparation time.

Singapore: 5–6 business days. West Malaysia: 4–7 business days. East Malaysia: 6–8 business days. United States: 6–12 business days. Canada: 9–14 business days.

Transport estimates begin when the carrier receives your parcel. They are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs and delivery conditions can affect the time taken.

After dispatch, use the shipment information to follow your parcel.

Standard air delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada and the United States includes import duties and import taxes. You do not need to pay these import charges separately on delivery. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, please contact us before paying.

We accept return requests for quality issues reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for non-quality reasons, such as a change of mind or personal preference.

If you choose personalised or custom options, please check the details before ordering. We do not accept returns for non-quality reasons relating to those choices.

Damage caused by misuse, impacts or inappropriate care after delivery is not an original product quality issue.

When we confirm a quality issue, DONGXI covers reasonable standard return delivery costs. Please agree the return method with us first.

After a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account also depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
